At Beautiful Disaster, we want you to feel empowered and confident in your gear; if your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Return or Exchange

  Decide if you would like a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size or style.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
